About VBD
VBD is a boutique design studio delivering high-end residential, hospitality, and mixed-use environments across New York, Miami, Seattle, Barbados, and Dubai. Founded in 2015, the studio is known for producing refined, highly resolved spaces with a strong emphasis on materiality, proportion, and spatial clarity.
The practice works closely with private clients and select development partners to lead projects from concept through construction—overseeing design direction, consultant coordination, and execution to ensure consistency at every stage. In parallel, the studio approaches design decisions with an awareness of budget discipline, asset positioning, and long-term value, ensuring that each project performs as well as it presents.
VBD maintains a focused portfolio, prioritizing projects where design integrity, financial clarity, and disciplined delivery are equally critical to the outcome.
About Veronica
Veronica Barrow is an architectural designer and interior designer with over a decade of experience delivering built work across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from The Cooper Union.
Veronica has worked on projects ranging from small-scale residential to large commercial developments. Her role centers on leading design while managing the interface between clients, consultants, and contractors—balancing design intent with cost, constructability, and overall project performance.
